Measurement and Verification

The PERMANENT project is aimed at increasing the knowledge about measurement and verification of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. For this purpose, the project makes use of the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP) and the International Energy Efficiency Financing Protocol (IEEFP), developed by EVO (the Efficiency Valuation Organisation).

Project partners and in a later stake stakeholders from the selected target groups will be trained in these two protocols. The latest versions of the protocols are available through EVO's website www.evo-world.org
