Between the 12^th and 15^th of January 2010, the first training of PERMANENT experts took place in Sofia. The training was divided into two groups, a technical group having a three-day training in IPMVP (International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol) that was followed by an exam and the second group having a one and a half day training in IEEFP (International Energy Efficiency Financing Protocol) as well as some fundamentals in IPMVP.
