Project Team

The PERMANENT project team consists of 7 organisations, all but one being from new Member States (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Poland and Romania) and 1 Candidate Country (Croatia).

The project team is led by Enviros, a consultant in the field of energy and environment in the Czech Republic. The other participants, Maicon from the United Kingdom, FEWE from Poland, Energoeco from Romania, Eneffect and EEE from Bugaria and HEP-ESCO from Croatia have broad experience with all kinds of studies and projects in the field of energy efficiency. Most of the project team members have practical experience with Energy Performance Contracting (i.e. Maicon, HEP-ESCO, ENERGOECO, EEE). Enviros is active in organising EPC tenders in the Czech Republic.

Maicon includes EVO experts on IPMVP (International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol) and IEEFP (International Energy Efficiency Financing Protocol).
